Wagtime's personalised add-on spas are designed to go beyond a standard grooming session, offering therapeutic and restorative treatments tailored to your pet's specific coat and skin needs. The Anti Tick Neem Spa uses natural neem extract to repel ticks and fleas while soothing irritated skin — a must for dogs spending time outdoors in Pune. The Oatmeal Spa is ideal for dogs with sensitive, dry, or allergy-prone skin, providing deep hydration and itch relief. Deep Conditioning treatments restore coat shine and softness for double-coated breeds. The Scooby Dub Dub is our signature fun bath experience. Oil massages help with joint relaxation and circulation, especially beneficial for senior dogs. All add-on spas are performed in a calm, stress-free environment at our Aundh studio.
One Dog at a Time Spa (TLC)
We have a separate room called Tender Love and Care [TLC], a tailored space for anxious, senior, reactive dogs, puppies and cats. Handling one appointment at a time for that personalized attention.
Wagtime's TLC Room — Tender Love and Care — is a dedicated, private grooming space designed for pets who need extra patience and a calmer environment. Unlike standard grooming salons that handle multiple animals simultaneously, the TLC Room operates on a strict one-appointment-at-a-time policy, eliminating noise, overcrowding, and the stress of other animals. It is specifically tailored for anxious or fearful dogs, senior pets with mobility challenges, reactive dogs who struggle in busy environments, young puppies experiencing grooming for the first time, and cats who require a quiet, low-stimulation setting. Every groomer working in the TLC Room is trained in low-stress handling techniques and takes additional time for desensitisation before each session. Pet parents are always kept informed throughout the process. If your pet has previously had difficult grooming experiences, the TLC Room at Wagtime in Aundh, Pune is the ideal solution.

Our Guardian
I always believed in manifestation. Long before she came into my life, I had a vision of my dog — a Labrador girl named Angel.
One day, two boys rang my doorbell with a tiny puppy for adoption. They placed her in my lap and said, “Here is Angel.”
She loved water — not just swimming, but diving with pure joy. Watching her happiness made me dream of building a pool just for her.
When I found this property, I didn’t see walls — I saw her swimming pool.
But before it was completed, Angel fell sick and passed away. She was only five. Heartbroken, I closed the pool. I felt if Angel couldn't swim here, no other dog should.
But then I realised — Angel lives in the joy of swimming.
Wagtime isn't just a dog swimming pool.
It's a dream built by love.
It's a space blessed by Angel.
And by every dog who swims here.
